CoPPCAP (Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå Pediatric Psychiatry Access & Consultation Program)
Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå Pediatric Psychiatry Access & Consultation Program, is a Child Psychiatry Access Program (CPAP) developed to assist Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå pediatric primary care providers assess and provide treatment for pediatric behavioral/mental health conditions presenting in the primary care setting.
The first CPAP was initiated in 2004 in Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Program (www.MCPAP.org) to address the unmet mental health needs of youth in Massachusetts. MCPAP’s model was developed to provide real time peer telephone consultation around youth mental health concerns, identification of community resources, brief face-to-face consultation of patients to guide care and co-manage, along with an educational platform to support primary care providers. CPAPs is some version are now operating in roughly 35 states.
PROSPER (Perinatal Resource Supporting Obstetric Screening, Psychiatric Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå, Equity, and Referral)

Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå PROSPER is a free state-wide perinatal psychiatry phone and e-consultation program with a goal to expand the capacity of front-line healthcare providers to implement universal screening, assessment and treatment of perinatal mental health and substance use conditions within routine obstetric and primary care.
EASY (Effective Access and Support from psychiatrY)
EASY is a program to support primary care providers in providing mental health assessments and treatments in the setting where mental illness and substance use disorders are commonly detected. This program has been developed on the core principles of Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå Pediatric Psychiatry Consultation & Access Program (CoPPCAP) and extends to support across the lifespan of the patient.
