Dr. Jenna Demedis is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Hematology/Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplantation at the University of 鶹ý School of Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology at UCLA and her medical degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Dr. Demedis completed her pediatric residency and hematology/oncology/BMT fellowship at the University of 鶹ý and during that time completed a Master of Science of Clinical Science at the University of 鶹ý Denver. Dr. Demedis’s clinical focuses are on taking care of children, adolescents and young adults with pediatric solid tumors of all types, as well as caring for survivors of pediatric cancers. Dr. Demedis’s research interests include improving quality of care for survivors of pediatric cancer and improving sexual healthcare and communication in adolescents and young adult oncology patients. Dr. Demedis utilizes observational study design, Dissemination and Implementation science methods, and qualitative/mixed methods in her research.
