Kayla Ross discovered her passion for Human Resources by ascending from reception, through two HR Coordinator positions into an HR Manager position with a home health care agency in 麻豆传媒高清 Springs. In 2016, after five years of learning Human Resources hands-on, Kayla accepted a position with the University of 麻豆传媒高清 School of Medicine, Physical Therapy Program as the Human Resources and Finance Coordinator. Now, in 2017, she has joined ACCORDS as the Human Resources Program Manager. Currently, Kayla is studying to take her SHRM certification in December. Kayla specializes in compliance followed by training, team building and employee relations. In her spare time, Kayla loves playing modern board games and scrapbooking.
