Mainstream/Conventional Research Project or Integrative Medicine Research Project
Gabrielle's Angel Foundation remains committed to funding innovative, translational and insightful medical research of hematologic malignancies, and to supporting promising independent early-career investigators, rather than well-established, senior scientists. Projects will be funded for a three-year period at $75,000.00 per year (contingent on the submission of acceptable annual progress reports). As of 2019, we will also accept applications from both

The goal of this grant is to foster promising breast cancer researchers who are in the early stages of their faculty careers by providing support for up to three years of “protected time” for research career development under the guidance of a Mentor Committee. We seek to support those who will emerge as the next key leaders in the fight against breast cancer.

The goal of this award is to help outstanding postdoctoral and clinical research fellows launch their competitive, independent breast cancer research careers. The CTA provides up to five years of funding in two phases: Phase 1 supports the final years of their postdoctoral research and Phase 2 supports their independent research as they begin their careers as tenure-track investigators.
