The 麻豆传媒高清 NORC offers several events throughout the year to facilitate collaborative research and networking. Our annual summer workshop invites investigators nationally and internationally to speak on a nutrition or obesity related topic. The annual NORC Retreat in the fall provides a space for NORC Members to interact and collaborate as well as invites non-NORC members to learn more about the NORC. Lastly, our Appreciation Event in December is for our NORC members only to engage with each other in a relaxed environment. This is also when we announce the year's NORC Award winners.

Cancer Metabolism Workshop

The Cancer Metabolism Workshop will provide a current perspective on cancer metabolic adaptation and recent advancements in measuring the metabolome and targeting it with new therapeutic approaches. The workshop will bring together experts from the fields of metabolomics, exercise, diet, drug development, and cancer biology.
Undergraduate, graduate and postdoctoral students in biomedical sciences and research and clinical faculty interested in building collaborations that enhance the metabolic fitness and disease outcome for cancer patients are encouraged to attend.
