Eligibility: Ages ≥ 18 years; diagnosed with high risk hematologic disorders warranting stem cell transplant per institutional standard of care; adequate organ function; lack HLA-identical related donor and availability of at least one HLA-haploidentical related donor who is available to donate CD34+ cells
