GEMM can rederive live mice from both cryopreserved embryos and sperm as well as rescue lines by IVF and embryo transfer.  The cryopreserved materials may be in our cryorepository here on campus or they may be imported from a collaborator or consortium.

 For rederivation from cryopreserved sperm, we have the capacity to use egg donors from a wide range of background strains, so please inquire if you have a particular background strain you need.
