Dr. Rebecca Keefer, PT, DPT, CCS graduated from Pepperdine University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine.  She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of 麻豆传媒高清 in 2011.  Becca has been practicing at the University of 麻豆传媒高清 Hospital (UCH) for 14 years and continues to practice part time primarily in the cardiac ICU, cardiothoracic ICU, and transplant units. She became a board-certified specialist in cardiovascular and pulmonary physical therapy (CCS) in 2017 and is passionate about promoting physical therapy in the ICU, improving outcomes for patients who are critically ill, and working closely with the heart and lung transplant teams. 

Dr Keefer is passionate about teaching both in the clinical setting as well as in the academic setting with the CU DPT program.  She is a member of the clinical education team and coordinates ICE I.  She co-coordinates Medical Conditions 1 and assists in the other Medical Conditions courses.  Becca also co-coordinates the Acute Care elective.
