Residential Pathway Faculty
Dr. Carolyn Willett earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Saint Louis University in 2017 and is a Board-Certified Oncologic Clinical Specialist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist. Dr. Willett has extensive clinical experience in acute care and outpatient settings, treating patients with a variety of complex medical conditions and impairments associated with cancer diagnoses and lymphedema. She is passionate about the role of rehabilitation from initial cancer diagnosis into cancer survivorship and has research interests in both cancer rehab and the drivers impacting student physical therapist decision to pursue specialization and/or residency. She is currently completing her Faculty Residency at the University of 麻豆传媒高清, focused on teaching and learning theory, curriculum design, clinical education, and academic scholarship, with the intent to obtain a teaching position upon completion. During her appointment as faculty resident, she will assist in a variety of DPT courses including, but not limited to, Foundations of Intervention, Examination and Evaluation, and Medical Conditions.
