How to Apply

The 2025-26 admissions cycle is open. The deadline for all application materials is September 1st at 11:59 pm Mountain Time. The CASPA application must be complete (not verified) by September 1st at 11:59 pm Eastern Time to meet the deadline. CHA/PA has rolling admissions.

Required Materials for a complete CHA/PA Program Application

1. Verified including three letters of recommendation. The CASPA application is now open.

2. CHA/PA Program supplemental application. Your CASPA application must be submitted before you can access the CHA/PA Program supplemental application. An email with set-up instructions will be sent to you within 1-2 business days.

3. Nonrefundable $55 supplemental application fee. You can pay the supplemental application fee at .

If you received a CASPA fee waiver this cycle, you may qualify for a waiver for this fee by uploading your CASPA approval email to your supplemental application.

 4.  is required for all applicants. CASPer is an online, video-scenario based, situational judgement test that assesses non-cognitive attributes. Results are only valid for one admissions cycle. You will be required to enter your CASPA ID for the CASPer assessment. The last CASPer test date accepted for the 2025-26 admission cycle is August 26, 2025. 

* We only review your CASPer score. We do not require or review the CASPer Snapshot.
