Pediatric Urology Research Enterprise (PURE)

The Pediatric Urology Research Enterprise, directed by Dr. Vijaya Vemulakonda, is the research arm of Pediatric Urology, which has a mission to advance Pediatric Urology through research, education, and innovation by partnering with patients and families to provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art, individualized care. The Enterprise’s principal role in carrying out Pediatric Urology’s mission is to advance clinical and translational research by:

• tracking and reporting on all of pediatric urology’s research accomplishments
• leading and supporting urology clinical and translational research
• training emerging clinical investigators
• disseminating research findings into clinical practice
• continuously improving the effectiveness of our research enterprise
