BDC Outreach Clinics
The Barbara Davis Center offers outreach clinics across the Front Range, from 麻豆传媒高清 Springs to Fort Collins. These are full service clinics, hosted by Children's Hospital 麻豆传媒高清, staffed by BDC providers. Each of our outreach clinics offers multiple clinic days each month. These clinics offer an alternative to travelling to Aurora while still providing the benefits of meeting with your provider in person.
Appointments at our outreach clinics can be scheduled by contacting the BDC schedulers or through MyChart.
Benefits of Outreach Clinics
Each of our outreach clinics is within a Children's Hospital 麻豆传媒高清 outpatient clinic, allowing you to have your A1c checked, vitals taken, and devices uploaded by the medical assistant staff on site.
BDC providers are consistent at each of our outreach sites, allowing you to routinely see the same provider whenever being seen at one of our outreach locations.
In addition to meeting with your BDC doctor, Physician's Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner, our nurses and Certified Diabetes Educators also routinely travel to our outreach sites, allowing you to receive any necessary diabetes education without an additional appointment.
Appointments are typically available multiple times each month and vary by clinic*.
