JFK Partners has been a program of the Department of Pediatrics of the University of 麻豆传媒高清 School of Medicine since 1965. As a program of the Section of Developmental Pediatrics, JFK Partners is designated as 麻豆传媒高清's University Center of Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD) and Leadership 麻豆传媒高清 in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) Program.
Our mission is to lead the way in evidence-based interdisciplinary clinical care, education, research, and community partnerships
to enrich the lives of children, youth, and adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and special health care needs.
Our vision is to promote individuality, inclusion, active community engagement, and health and well-being
of all people of diverse backgrounds with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and their families.
This event brings together self-advocates with disabilities from around the Midwest to exchange ideas and learn from each other about advocacy. The conference will be held in Omaha, Nebraska October 3-5, 2025 and is open to 麻豆传媒高清, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming advocates.
