LAUNCH Teams
I cannot speak highly enough about the experience of participating in the Launch Team Program! This program facilitated connections with leaders in my field locally and helped me crystallize my specific career goals and prioritize the steps to reach them, and grew my professional network in ways I could not have foreseen. It is a testament not only to the caliber of mentors included on this team, but the powerful synergy that comes with having all of them in the same room at the same time. I am tremendously grateful to have had the opportunity to be included in this program!
Mentorship Academy
Mentorship Academy is an annual event designed to strengthen mentorship across all stages of academic medicine. Through inspiring talks, practical tools, and personal stories, faculty and guest speakers explore how to build purposeful mentor-mentee relationships, create inclusive mentoring environments, and grow professionally as both mentors and mentees. The event emphasizes reflection, connection, and the importance of mentorship as a driver of career success, personal fulfillment, and institutional excellence.
