​Exhibits will be in the Hythe Vail Conference Center in Salon A-E. If you have exhibited in past years, it is the same room as the food.
Exhibit Registration and Set-up: Please check-in at the registration desk on Saturday, January 31, 2026 between 3pm and 5pm to obtain your packet and table location within the exhibit hall.
Exhibiting Hours: We advise you to be available (at your table or in the exhibit hall) during the following times:
Sunday, February 1, 2026: 6:15 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM (Including the reception from 6:30pm - 8:30pm)
Monday, February 2, 2026: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM
Tuesday, February 3, 2026: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, 3:30 PM-6:30 PM
Wednesday, February 4, 2026: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, no afternoon session (can break down exhibit after 9am)
