The Section of Pediatric Emergency Medicine trains residents from the following programs: family medicine, emergency medicine, and pediatrics. Programs affiliated with our training include residents in the University of 麻豆传媒高清 Department of Pediatrics Residency Training Program, the , and several other programs in the Denver Metro and Wyoming areas.
We also welcome residents from family medicine, emergency medicine, and pediatrics programs from around the country.
Residency rotations last between two and four weeks and allow for exposure to common experiences and situations in the emergency department.
All residents' clinical schedules and rotations allow for attendance of our monthly case-based, open discussion PEM Teaching Conference. The conferences include presentations from a PEM Attending, a PEM Fellow, and a Senior Pediatric Resident and discuss different cases and issues that present in the ED.
