Comprised of the Department Chair, Vice Chairs, and the Director of Finance and Administration, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) stewards the Department of Family Medicine by establishing its vision, strategic direction, and workplace culture. The ELT ensures alignment of departmental activities with organizational priorities and fosters a collaborative, accountable leadership structure.
