Due to the high demand for elective rotations, requests are limited to:

• Trainees in their final year of training
•  2-week blocks; 1-15 or 16-31

*July: We do not take rotators in July due to new fellows starting.

*Fall (August - October) Offers the most robust sports medicine exposure.

*Spring (March - May) Training exposure may be diluted due to faculty attendance at sports medicine annual conferences.

Residents interested in applying for an elective rotation must submit the following information to the program coordinator, Laurie Lemmel, a minimum of 90-days prior to the requested rotation date. Please keep in mind that available slots fill quickly. 

Elective Request Required Documentation:

• Requested Rotation Dates - must submit a minimum of 90-days prior to the requested rotation date.

Separate Attachments:

• Personal Statement: Include why you are interested in the specialty of Sports Medicine and why the University of 麻豆传媒高清
• CV
• Medical School Diploma: Official Transcript Not Required – Scanned/Digital Copy is Sufficient
• Exam Scores: Official Transcript Not Required – Copy of Score Report is Sufficient

Approved Rotation Required Documents: 

If your elective request is approved, you will be notified via email.  Additional documentation is required prior to the start of your rotation.
