EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEES END AT 4PM ON DECEMBER 16, 2025. ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES February 6, 2026.
Registration fees include the Welcome Reception, breakfast each day (6:30am-8am) and the Après Receptions each afternoon (3:30pm-5pm) that have heavy apps and beer and wine (hosted for one hour).

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing by January 16, 2026. If your cancellation is received by this date, you will receive a refund MINUS A $150 PROCESSING FEE. After this date registration fees are non refundable. If there becomes a need to cancel the conference due to COVID, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. Attendees will need to work directly with The Hythe, Vail or other lodging venues and their airline for refund requests. The University of 麻豆传媒高清 will not be responsible for any costs associated with cancellation of your hotel room or flight.
