Conference Learning Objectives –

  1. Identify strategies to promote meaningful longevity in patients and providers.
  2. Develop an effective approach to help care for colleagues after an adverse outcome has occurred in a patient under general anesthesia.
  3. Identify the latest therapies and pathophysiology in trauma damage control resuscitation in patients under general anesthesia.
  4. Identify and implement anesthetic care plans for children and adult patients with challenging metabolic syndromes like diabetes.
  5. Identify risk stratification and anesthetic management strategies for patients who present from the intensive care unit for general anesthesia.
