Alison Reidmohr has worked in communications and health policy for more than 10 years in Montana and Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå. After moving to Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå in 2017, she started work as the tobacco communications strategist at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå Department of Public Health and Environment, leading statewide media campaigns, including those promoting the Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå QuitLine and Tobacco Free Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå. She was promoted to deputy communications director and led CDPHE’s COVID-19 prevention marketing efforts through 2020. Her focus and expertise lie in policy and legislative communications, communications strategy, and public health marketing. In 2022, she earned her master of arts degree in communication from the University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå, Denver, after conducting original research on Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå’s digital contact tracing application, CO Exposure Notifications. She works full time for the Farley Health Policy Center, for which she leads all communications activities.

Moved here from Florida for my husband’s job. I have 3 children, 2 grandchildren with one on the way. I have been a medical assistant since November 1994, worked for Halifax Medical Center, Daytona Beach, FL in Same Day Surgery/Inpatient Surgery, then at Advent Health were I did Same Day Surgery, Preop Testing, and then worked for Family Practice. I joined UC Health in July of 2019 and loved it. I then had an opportunity to apply for Whole Person Pain Service and was given the opportunity to be part of this wonderful team.
Jeanne has been with the Department of Family Medicine and CU GME since 2011. She was Project Coordinator at Rose Family Medicine Residency in Denver and transferred to the Anschutz campus in June 2018 to be the GME Program Coordinator for residency programs within the School of Public Health that partnered with DFM, She currently is GME Program Coordinator for the Preventive Medicine program and works in DFM as part of the DFM Admin Jira team and other tasks.
Sarah Smith began working in the Department of Family Medicine as a Research Services Professional (RSP) in December of 2024 focusing on the CONQUEST program. Sarah has an MS in Nursing and previously worked in research at Northwestern University and as a global director for in-home research services at Syneos Health.

Janet Spradley is a Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå native. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå State University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Prior to her current role, she worked as a clinical social worker at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå Blood Cancer Institute where she supported patients and their care partners during treatment for blood cancer, including stem cell transplant and CAR T-cell therapy.

Meredith Warman joined the DFM in 2014 for two years as a PRA before working at a local public health agency. She returned to the DFM in 2020 as a PRA/RSP and has been working primarily as a project manager on SNOCAP and community-based projects. Meredith has a BA in Psychology from CU Boulder and an MPH in Community and Behavioral Health from Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå School of Public Health. She works part-time from her home in Westminster and have two children. Meredith has lived in Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå since 2003 ("I moved to Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå for college and never left!").

Laura Washington, BSHS (she/her/hers) is the program coordinator for the Behavioral Health and Integrated program. She has worked in the department for six years. A large portion of her work within the BH program is the managing of the educational program that includes ten psychology interns, three psychology fellows, and three psychology externs. She also supports Dr. Shandra Brown Levey, Director of Behavioral Health and Integrated Programs along with ten psychologists at seven family medicine clinics. She has three children and a partner of 24 years. Outside of work, Laura enjoys traveling with her family, reading, cooking, and being outdoors.

Kristin Watkins is a Pre/Post Award Grants and Contracts Specialist for the research function of Family Medicine. Kristin lives in Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå Springs and is a Nebraska transplant. She has spent over 25 years working in grants, 12 of them in academic medicine and public health. She has been with the department since February of 2024 and is excited to be part of the University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå.

Elizabeth Westfeldt has been the clinical research nurse with the Primary Care Diabetes Lab (PCDL) since August 2022. She performs clinical care, patient education, and coordination on all PCDL studies. Elizabeth completed her BSN at CU Anschutz and BA at CU Boulder. Prior to joining the PCDL, she was a nurse at UCHealth caring for surgical and trauma patients.

Johnny Williams is a Senior RSP in the Department of Family Medicine and also a Doctor of Public Health student in the Âé¶¹´«Ã½¸ßÇå School of Public Health. He is the study manager for PATHWEIGH and also supports the qualitative data collection and analysis for other projects within the department.
